Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attend brand training sessions, potentially requiring travel once or twice a year;
  • Train employees in regards to skincare, in different distribution points of the company;
  • Work closely with staff and customers to provide expert skincare advice and support;
  • Continuously update training materials and techniques to reflect the latest in skincare advancements.

Experience

  • Experience in the skincare industry is a must;
  • Have a smart appearance;
  • Possess a clean police conduct.

Personal Skills

  • Ability to travel internationally for training sessions as needed;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to train and motivate sales staff effectively;
  • Flexibility to work across different store locations;
  • Be confident;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Be a team player.
