Our client is a company that specializes in the distribution of luxury brands.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Distribute stock to each store and ensure it is properly received and acknowledged by the shop staff;
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas;
  • Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any low stock to the Distribution Manager;
  • Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits as required;
  • Keep the warehouse clean and orderly;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow in the distribution process;
  • Communicate any issues or delays with deliveries to the Distribution Manager;
  • Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time;
  • Assist with stock placement and organization at store locations as needed;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Distribution Manager to meet store needs;
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations;
  • Other duties may be reasonably requested by the Distribution Manager from time to time.

Experience

  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Be fluent in English. Any additional languages will be considered a plus;
  • Must own a car, as it is essential for this role;
  • Clean police record required.
