Company Introduction
Our client is a company that specializes in the distribution of luxury brands.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Distribute stock to each store and ensure it is properly received and acknowledged by the shop staff;
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas;
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any low stock to the Distribution Manager;
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits as required;
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly;
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow in the distribution process;
- Communicate any issues or delays with deliveries to the Distribution Manager;
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time;
- Assist with stock placement and organization at store locations as needed;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Distribution Manager to meet store needs;
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations;
- Other duties may be reasonably requested by the Distribution Manager from time to time.
Experience
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Be fluent in English. Any additional languages will be considered a plus;
- Must own a car, as it is essential for this role;
- Clean police record required.
