Our client is a distinguished retail establishment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales staff;
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally;
  • Oversee sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve them;
  • Address any in-store issues such as handling customers or dealing with defective stock; 
  • Manage the staff and their rosters, including interviewing potential new staff members; 
  • Attend trainings and ensure team members have all training manuals;
  • Responsible for ordering bags, blotters, cleaner, as well as paying suppliers and managing cash; 
  • Oversee the needs of each store and liaise with the respective team to restock and deliver; 
  • Travel between the stores on a day-to-day basis;
  • Other duties according to the company’s needs. 


  • Minimum of 3 years as a store manager and 1-2 years in sales;
  • Have experience managing multiple locations and teams; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Drive, and POS systems.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages, especially Maltese or Italian, are a plus;
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry will be considered an asset;
  • Hold a driving license.
