Our client is a global online gaming company specializing in live casinos.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with key stakeholders;
  • Support the recruitment of a range of roles across the business;
  • Partner with managers to support them through the full recruitment life cycle;
  • Deliver approaches to candidate sourcing;
  • Search for and network with candidates from relevant databases, networks, LinkedIn and social media to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates;
  • Participate in niche meetups and conferences to advocate for the company and help build a community around our employer brand;
  • Available to travel when required

Experience

  • Experience with high-volume internal Recruitment, preferably in the iGaming industry;
  • Holding a Certificate in Human Resources (CIPD qualification preferred);
  • Experience managing stakeholders with the ability to build strong working relationships effectively.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change;
  • Approachable and understanding, with strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written);
  • Proactive and exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively, whilst working closely with the team;
  • Motivated and able to overcome obstacles that come with working in a high-volume environment.
