Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify, source, and engage top-tier talent through diverse channels;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs and requirements;
  • Provide strategic input to ensure teams are diverse and qualified, aligning staffing strategies with long-term goals;
  • Implement comprehensive hiring processes to deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, emphasizing efficiency and quality;
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage candidate pools effectively to keep qualified candidates engaged for current and future opportunities;
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting activities;
  • Continuously expand your network and focus on relationship-building within candidate communities;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to talent acquisition strategies.

Experience

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role;
  • Be fluent in English;
  • Have a  good level of education;
  • Possess experience in full-cycle recruiting;
  • Be proficient with CV databases, and professional networks;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a flexible manner;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
