Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in providing administrative and technical support to team members;
  • Compiling of bid/sales offers on time;
  • Evaluation of projects and sending clarifications if needed;
  • Attending on-site meetings if required;
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures;
  • Answering telephone calls;
  • Monitoring dates of projects and deadlines;
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.


  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of ACAD and Microsoft Office.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and preferably Italian;
  • Confident, impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Very good time-management and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Good project management and communication skills;
  • Able to work in a team;
  • Persuasive sales and negotiation skills;
  • Work under pressure and minimal supervision.
