- Assist in providing administrative and technical support to team members;
- Compiling of bid/sales offers on time;
- Evaluation of projects and sending clarifications if needed;
- Attending on-site meetings if required;
- Assist in office management and organization procedures;
- Answering telephone calls;
- Monitoring dates of projects and deadlines;
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Experience
- Experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of ACAD and Microsoft Office.
Personal Skills
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and preferably Italian;
- Confident, impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Very good time-management and multi-tasking abilities;
- Good project management and communication skills;
- Able to work in a team;
- Persuasive sales and negotiation skills;
- Work under pressure and minimal supervision.
