Our client is a gaming solutions provider.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle agent queries through written communication, providing clear and timely responses;
- Operate and manage back-end game tools and systems;
- Perform basic technical tasks using network-related tools;
- Monitor game operations in real-time and respond promptly to any issues or incidents;
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of gaming platforms.
Experience
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
- Background in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Previous experience within the gaming industry will be considered an advantage;
- Willingness to undergo a training period in Taiwan prior to commencing the role in Malta.
Personal Skills
- Interest in gaming and technical customer support;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills, particularly in written form;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
