Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle agent queries through written communication, providing clear and timely responses;
  • Operate and manage back-end game tools and systems;
  • Perform basic technical tasks using network-related tools;
  • Monitor game operations in real-time and respond promptly to any issues or incidents;
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of gaming platforms.

Experience

  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken;
  • Background in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Previous experience within the gaming industry will be considered an advantage;
  • Willingness to undergo a training period in Taiwan prior to commencing the role in Malta.

  • Interest in gaming and technical customer support;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills, particularly in written form;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
