- Support the sales function through technical and administrative assistance;
- Serve as a key point of coordination between clients, sales representatives, and technical teams to resolve technical matters;
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to gather and clarify product specifications and technical details;
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers to ensure accurate information is provided at all stages.
Experience
- Proficient in CAD/design software and the Microsoft 365 suite;
- Previous experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is an asset.
Personal Skills
- Fluent in both English and Maltese; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage;
- Strong organisational abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Detail-focused and quality-driven, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
