- Develop cost-effective technical and commercial solutions aligned with client needs and budgetary constraints;
- Respond to client inquiries by preparing and presenting tailored proposals and solutions;
- Conduct on-site visits to assess feasibility, identify risks, and gather information for accurate quotations;
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet relevant industry regulations and quality standards;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, persuasive communication and ongoing support;
- Collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams to align technical offerings with project expectations;
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities and securing client engagements;
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning;
- Support the sales cycle from initial contact to final contract negotiation and project handover.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or a related sales role, preferably within the fire safety or engineering sector;
- Proven track record in preparing technical proposals and managing end-to-end sales processes;
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel);
- Valid Maltese driving license required.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English, basic Maltese considered an asset;
- Skilled communicator with the ability to convey technical information clearly and confidently;
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities;
