Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team;
  • Analyze Sales Orders to ensure correctness in order and the purchased product from Suppliers;
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure that customers receive adequate technical and administrative information;
  • Handle all customer inquiries within own capacity;
  • Liaise with the Sales and Technical teams.

Experience

  • Experience in a similar role, within the furniture industry, will be considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of CAD / Design and Office 365 Package Software.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Maltese; the Italian language will be considered an asset;
  • Customer-oriented skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Team player.
