Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Call customers and update them about the company’s products, services, or new launches;
- Address any customer queries and complaints;
- Ask questions to customers to understand their requirements and preferences;
- Maintain and update the database with customer information;
- Create and present detailed sales reports;
- Direct potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives;
- Assist the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies;
- Monitor KPIs and sales achievements;
- Maintain a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities;
- Fulfill the monthly and yearly sales target;
- Analyze and present competitor sales activities;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings;
- Assist in facilitating future sales;
- Note customer requirements or orders and process the same to the concerned department.
Experience
- Proven work experience as a Tele-sales representative;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other CRM software.

- Excellent communication skills both in Maltese and English;

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Be patient and engage in customer conversations;
- Time management and organizational skills;
