Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design cost-effective solutions to meet the client’s budget restrictions while proposing technically viable and enticing alternatives to fulfill the client’s technical requirements and, where possible, exceed them.
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork for the compiling of comprehensive bids and tenders;
  • Follow the guidance provided by other team members to integrate multi-disciplinary proposals;
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers alike;
  • Assist in technical and commercial meetings with consulting engineers and client representatives;
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Carry out background research and present findings;
  • Attend any training provided by the Company as well as training sessions and webinars organized by the suppliers.


  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Hold a relevant qualification.
