Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Design cost-effective solutions to meet the client’s budget restrictions while proposing technically viable and enticing alternatives to fulfill the client’s technical requirements and, where possible, exceed them.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork for the compiling of comprehensive bids and tenders;
- Follow the guidance provided by other team members to integrate multi-disciplinary proposals;
- Communicate with clients and suppliers alike;
- Assist in technical and commercial meetings with consulting engineers and client representatives;
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
- Carry out background research and present findings;
- Attend any training provided by the Company as well as training sessions and webinars organized by the suppliers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Hold a relevant qualification.

- Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability, reacting promptly to obstacles and effectively prioritizing tasks;
