Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Issue, exchange, and refund tickets in Amadeus;
- Calculate changes/refunds in air tickets;
- Cooperate with consolidators;
- Add extra services to air tickets;
- Issue low-cost/local carrier tickets;
- Issue insurances;
- Handle payment confirmations from customers;
- Post invoices;
- Manage other ad-hoc administration duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in the travel industry;
- Be fluent in English;
- Be proficient in Amadeus;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office.

- Willingness and ability to work night shifts;
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
- Capable of thriving in time-sensitive environments.
