Our Client is a provider of trust and corporate services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- .Manage the creation and ongoing administration of trusts and companies;
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, intermediaries, and government bodies through phone and written correspondence;
- Represent the company in client meetings;
- Draft and prepare minutes, resolutions, and documents for both routine and intricate transactions;
- Oversee statutory duties, ensuring records are current and well-maintained;
- Perform annual reviews of all entities to ensure compliance and efficiency;
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures;
- Support various ad hoc projects as required.
Experience
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing client portfolios;
- A-Level or equivalent educational background;.
- Studying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Personal Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong numeracy and computer proficiency;
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
