Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • .Manage the creation and ongoing administration of trusts and companies;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, intermediaries, and government bodies through phone and written correspondence;
  • Represent the company in client meetings;
  • Draft and prepare minutes, resolutions, and documents for both routine and intricate transactions;
  • Oversee statutory duties, ensuring records are current and well-maintained;
  • Perform annual reviews of all entities to ensure compliance and efficiency;
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures;
  • Support various ad hoc projects as required.

Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing client portfolios;
  • A-Level or equivalent educational background;.
  • Studying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Personal Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong numeracy and computer proficiency;
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Collaborative team spirit;
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
