Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual business objectives;
  • Actively seek out and acquire new clients through prospecting and outreach;
  • Deliver high-quality sales and consultancy services, focusing on promoting and selling bank deposit products while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Enter into contracts in line with company standards, ensuring all contractual obligations are met;
  • Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and stored appropriately for future processing;
  • Regularly assess and analyze client portfolios to identify and mitigate risks and potential losses;
  • Foster and strengthen ongoing business relationships with existing clients;
  • Lead training and development initiatives for employees, sharing expertise and knowledge within your area of specialization.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition;
  • Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage;
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Familiarity with acquisition and sales techniques.

  • Strong sales skills and drive;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
