- Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual business objectives;
- Actively seek out and acquire new clients through prospecting and outreach;
- Deliver high-quality sales and consultancy services, focusing on promoting and selling bank deposit products while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Enter into contracts in line with company standards, ensuring all contractual obligations are met;
- Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and stored appropriately for future processing;
- Regularly assess and analyze client portfolios to identify and mitigate risks and potential losses;
- Foster and strengthen ongoing business relationships with existing clients;
- Lead training and development initiatives for employees, sharing expertise and knowledge within your area of specialization.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and client acquisition;
- Experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage;
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Familiarity with acquisition and sales techniques.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients.
