Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help customers manage/update contents;
  • Respond to customers who report issues;
  • Work closely with Account Managers;
  • Handle issues in a timely manner;
  • Explain technical issues in a polite and understanding manner;
  • Handle custom development requests.


  • At least 1+ years of experience with WordPress;
  • Ability to write and understand custom CSS;
  • Ability to write and understand HTML;
  • Familiar with tools like HelpNinja, Trello, Asana, Github, and Slack;
  • Troubleshooting experience;
  • Ability to write and understand PHP;
  • Ability to write and read jQuery, Javascript, and any JS framework;
  • WordPress plugin development experience;
  • WordPress theme development experience;
  • Have excellent oral and written English;
  • Previous remote working experience.
