Team Building with London-based Recruitment Partners

Last week, Broadwing Job Placement Agency hosted our London-based Recruitment Partners, Williams-Kent, at our offices in Malta. This Team Building event was hosted to network, socialise and share experiences among recruiters to understand and learn from each other.

The Staffing crew enjoyed a taste of Sunny Malta on our office terrace at The Penthouse, in Ewropa Business Centre, Birkirkara. Some local delicacies were served famously known as ‘Pastizzi’ and ‘Ftira’ as well as Malta’s well-known local beer ‘Cisk’. This was a great way to unwind and get to know one another better, while discussing plans for collaboration throughout 2018. We shared views about the employment process, including the sourcing and placement of candidates. Among the talking points was the importance of the upcoming GDPR deadline on the 25^th of May, to ensure that both our firms reviewed procedures and discussed ways to optimise their processes.

We showed the London based team what it’s like to work and live in Malta and understand the Maltese Job Market. After a lovely sunny afternoon celebrating the partnership, the recruitment partners spent the rest of the day sailing the clear, blue Mediterranean Sea; the right time for a magnificent sunset – along with a couple of drinks, cheers to that! They experienced a perfect Maltese lifestyle; the greatest way to end a day’s work!

The following evening, we dined at the exquisite Trabuxu Bistro in Valletta, and continued to discuss business related matters, including future opportunities and development in the job placement industry. A tour was then taken around Valletta, which is currently European Capital of Culture V18 this year.

This Team Building event for our partners, focused on the ideal type of working environment on the Maltese Islands, where one can work and live a great lifestyle, with nothing holding you back. This creates opportunities for the recruitment partners in London – Williams Kent, to help place candidates that are looking for a different working environment overseas.
