Abaigeal started working at a pet store in Canada at a young age doing basic cleaning of animal enclosures and learning the products. She quickly moved into sales, education, training and management where she became responsible for the store running smoothly, managing employees and writing contracts.
After moving to Malta she started her career in HR – learning all aspects of the HR duties – where she found a passion for recruitment. Abaigeal transitioned to BROADWING to focus on it full-time and is determined to become the strongest recruiter she can be.
