Originally from Naples, Italy, Alessandro brings a diverse background shaped by experience across Italy and Japan, spanning industries from education to steel trading. Moved by his desire to grow both personally and professionally, he decided to relocate to Malta.
From early on, Alessandro was drawn to work where strategy and people intersect. While working in B2B sales in Japan, he worked closely alongside the HR team, which sparked a genuine interest in the people side of the business: how organisations attract, support, and retain talent. That interest eventually led him to pursue a Master’s in HR & Organisation, formalising a shift he’d already been making in practice. He brings a direct, grounded approach to his work, and he believes people are best served by honest, timely feedback and by genuinely being heard, not by being managed generically.
Having come from different industries himself, including a period as a professor, he’s drawn to matching people with roles that actually fit how they think and work, not just what’s on paper. He joined Broadwing to help others navigate that kind of transition well.
Having lived and worked across Italy and Japan, Alessandro treats unfamiliar environments as something to adapt to and to live fully rather than resist. Languages drive him as a way to connect with people, and he approaches travel as a way to keep testing his own assumptions.
