Highly motivated, articulate, creative, and versatile – Silvija has been working in the recruitment industry for the past three years, ultimately gaining experience in B2B Sales, Talent Marketing, Human Resources practices, sourcing and recruiting for the Finance, Corporate, Legal, and Compliance sectors. As a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader, Silvija takes pride in ensuring that placements are a strong match for all parties – she is interested in finding people careers rather than simply jobs.
Holding a Degree in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, Silvija’s contagious entrepreneurial qualities demonstrate a true passion for seeking opportunities and turning business visions into business realities – setting up her own eCommerce business right after relocating to Malta in 2018.
In addition to optimism, Silvija is predisposed to a high tolerance for risk and understands how to make calculated moves while being able to work autonomously and be decisive. She represented the Mykolas Romeris University by playing chess in the European Chess Universities Games in 2016.

Having played in the ‘Rytas Gymnasium’ Volleyball Girls Team representing her school, Silvija is a health enthusiast, as much as nutrition and physical activities play an important role in her lifestyle.
As young as six years old, Silvija was already showing her love for music and graduated in Music at the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art (Music Department – Pianoforte, 8 Years Life Cycle) in 2008.
Silvija offers technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She is not shy to step outside her comfort zone to get the job done and is dedicated to help others, all the while, she understands the importance of standing her ground and holding her own – balance. She shows all these skills, plus adaptability and grace under pressure.
