Over the years, she has honed her expertise in B2B Sales, Talent Marketing, and Human Resources, specialising in sourcing and recruiting top talent across borders in the Finance, Corporate, Legal, and Compliance sectors. Recently stepping into the role of General Manager, Silvija now leads strategic initiatives and oversees operations, ensuring her team excels in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions on a global scale.
With a degree in Economics from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, Silvija has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. Her passion for identifying opportunities and turning bold ideas into reality led her to successfully launch her own eCommerce business after relocating to Malta in 2018. She thrives on calculated risks and isn’t afraid to make bold moves independently—a trait that has served her well both personally and professionally.
