Terms & Conditions

1. The Referral fee is only paid once the referred candidate has settled into their job with a client of Broadwing Job Placement Agency within 6 (six) months from the date of referral.
2. The Referral fee is subject to the candidate not already being in the database. Broadwing will communicate this with you at its earliest convenience.
3. The fee shall be due to the Referrer once Broadwing is paid for the placement by the company employing the candidate.
4. The Referrer acknowledges that certain information divulged to it by the client or prospective client and vice-versa, may be subject to confidentiality.
5. The Referrer has explicit consent from the candidate to share their information and profile.
6. Once the Candidate(s) are referred to Broadwing, Broadwing shall deal directly with them as its own and as a result of which the professional relationship between Broadwing and the said Candidates shall be regulated in terms of Maltese law as well as any other agreement and/or letter of engagement that will be entered into between Broadwing and such Candidates.
