This requires us being available to help and support our customers at any time of the day therefore we are very proud that we offer Customer Support 24/7.  We are focused on First Time Resolution therefore all our CS Rhinos are trained and dedicated to be able to handle all customer enquiries including payments, risk and fraud related questions.

    Absolutely, we have a dedicated training team that ensures each and every one of our new colleagues receives a full on boarding experience! It doesn’t stop there, we continue the great work with coaching and performance development!

    We like this question, we understand that it is important to feel like we are making an impact on the groups overall performance. This is why we have worked hard in ensuring every colleague has access to their performance reports which shows how they are achieving against their individual targets, how they are contributing to the overall teams targets and how they compare to their colleagues.
