Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Business development and performance of sales activities by phone;
  • Execution of acquisition and sales processes;
  • Establishing strategies to expand the client base in respective area;
  • Achieving maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company’s vision and values;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans;
  • Meeting all activity standards for prospecting calls, presentations and proposals;
  • Interact and procure new clients through daily calls to dedicated region for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes.

Experience

  • 1 year of experience in sales;
  • Experience in the financial industry.

Personal Skills

  • Be fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change;
  • Highly motivated, committed, dynamic, and a team player;
  • Keeping abreast of the competition, its people and products;
  • Self-disciplined, minimum required supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills;
  • Stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity.
