Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations;
- Develop and review architectural designs from concept through to completion;
- Prepare and submit applications to the relevant authorities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant;
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect works and monitor progress;
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities throughout the various stages of a project;
- Ensure architectural designs comply with relevant building regulations, standards, and project specifications;
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field;
- Must be a Warranted Architect in Malta;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an architectural role;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software;
- Good understanding of local building regulations, standards, and authority requirements;
- Valid Category B driving licence.
