Our client operates within the automotive and vehicle servicing industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Service, maintain, and repair automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems;
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults;
- Perform repairs and maintenance on auto electrical systems as required;
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation to diagnose faults and complete repairs accurately;
- Complete servicing and repair work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures;
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety;
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment;
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team and assist with additional technical duties as required.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role;
- Solid experience working with automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics, auto electrical systems, and interpreting wiring diagrams will be considered a strong advantage;
- Good technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
