Originally from Riga, Latvia, Melanija brings a diverse professional background across the iGaming, hospitality, and aviation sectors in Latvia, as well as experience supporting C-level executives in an assistant capacity. She made the decision to relocate to Malta to challenge herself and grow both personally and professionally.
Now part of the recruitment team, Melanija is passionate about connecting people with opportunities where they can truly thrive. She has a natural ability to read people and understand their strengths, motivations, and potential. Outside of work, Melanija is highly active and prioritises physical wellbeing, with weight training being a key part of her routine.
