Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyse and understand consumer behaviour to effectively target the intended audience;
  • Strengthen brand identity and enhance overall market perception;
  • Manage budgets efficiently while forecasting sales trends and evaluating performance metrics (KPIs and KRAs);
  • Drive product sales by collaborating closely with the sales team and engaging in field activities as a brand ambassador;
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, working alongside marketing, sales, and legal teams to execute impactful brand campaigns;
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning;
  • Ensure alignment with financial plans, cost estimates, and performance benchmarks;
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance with detailed reporting on outcomes against KPIs and KRAs;
  • Plan and coordinate promotional and educational events for healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists;
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including market entry tactics and product launch strategies;
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform brand strategy;
  • Identify avenues for growth and innovation, translating insights into actionable brand development initiatives;
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and uphold CDG’s reputation within the healthcare sector.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a brand manager or in a supporting brand management role is highly desirable;
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, marketing, or a closely related scientific discipline;
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Personal Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in conducting thorough research and analysis;
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
