- Proactively identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of sales opportunities;
- Gain an in-depth understanding of potential clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements;
- Deliver engaging presentations to promote, upsell, and showcase the company’s offerings to both new and existing clients;
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients;
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, addressing concerns promptly and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams;
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions that align with client expectations;
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using dedicated CRM tools;
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in campaigns, events, and conferences to drive lead generation and create business opportunities;
- Be prepared to travel occasionally for business purposes as required.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical sales or business development role, ideally within a technical or industrial sector;
- A background or qualification in a technical field is considered an advantage;
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools;
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean police conduct record.
