Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the successful launch of new games by ensuring strong distribution, visibility, and market positioning;
  • Develop and communicate tailored launch plans based on the objectives and unique selling points of each game title;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all launch preparations are completed effectively;
  • Monitor overall studio performance and analyse market trends to identify opportunities, content gaps, and areas for improvement;
  • Contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies aimed at driving growth and expanding market presence;
  • Manage the sales pipeline by handling both inbound and outbound leads and assessing opportunities based on ideal client profiles;
  • Work closely with Delivery, Art, and Engineering teams to support the full pre-sales process, from initial client engagement through to contract finalisation;
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators, maintain accurate CRM records, and engage regularly with potential clients to support sales development;
  • Act as a commercial representative of the studio, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners;
  • Represent the studio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand the client base.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar commercial role will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Taiwanese language skills will be considered an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience with both inbound and outbound sales channels and tools;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides;
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend conferences, events, and business meetings as required;
  • Willingness to complete a six-month training period in Taiwan.
