Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients, clearly demonstrating the value of the firm’s services;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing deals and securing client commitment;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery to clients;
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities;
  • Maintain and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term partnerships;
  • Support revenue generation efforts while maximising personal performance and earning potential.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management;
  • Experience within professional services or consultancy environments will be considered an advantage;
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail;
  • Confident negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload independently;
