Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with M&A transactions, including managing due diligence processes, and drafting or reviewing transactional and completion documentation;
- Provide legal advisory services on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters;
- Offer ongoing support to the Corporate and Commercial team, working closely under the guidance of the Firm’s partners.
Experience
- Hold a full warrant to practice and possess a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience;
- A relevant LLM or master’s degree will be considered an asset;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Previous exposure to corporate and commercial litigation will be viewed as an advantage.
