Company Introduction
Our client is a boutique international tax and law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support clients with all aspects of corporate governance and administration, including filings and submissions to the Registrar of Companies;
- Draft, review, and maintain legal and corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, agreements, and civil contracts;
- Assist with matters related to immigration law, compliance obligations, and procedural requirements;
- Act as a liaison between clients, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities as required;
- Support clients with company incorporation, ongoing statutory maintenance, and corporate structuring or restructuring processes;
- Carry out legal research on a range of matters and prepare consolidated legal opinions in response to client queries.
Experience
- A university degree in Law is required; local warranting is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage;
- At least 2 years’ local experience in corporate law and/or international taxation is essential;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Personal Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required; additional language skills are an asset;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
