Company Introduction

Our client is a boutique international tax and law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support clients with all aspects of corporate governance and administration, including filings and submissions to the Registrar of Companies;
  • Draft, review, and maintain legal and corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, agreements, and civil contracts;
  • Assist with matters related to immigration law, compliance obligations, and procedural requirements;
  • Act as a liaison between clients, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities as required;
  • Support clients with company incorporation, ongoing statutory maintenance, and corporate structuring or restructuring processes;
  • Carry out legal research on a range of matters and prepare consolidated legal opinions in response to client queries.

Experience

  • A university degree in Law is required; local warranting is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage;
  • At least 2 years’ local experience in corporate law and/or international taxation is essential;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required; additional language skills are an asset;
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
