Our client is a bank.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and oversee credit facilities for corporate clients, ensuring proper maintenance, monitoring, and servicing of these facilities;
- Compile comprehensive credit applications by gathering customer information and documentation, including facility terms, deal structuring, proposed securities, and a full financial analysis with suggested covenants;
- Evaluate and recommend customer proposals while adhering to the Bank's credit policies, risk appetite, and AML requirements;
- Deliver exceptional service to corporate clients, addressing both lending and deposit-related needs promptly and professionally;
- Collaborate closely with key departments such as Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless processing and alignment with policies;
- Act as a key component of the Bank’s first line of defense, maintaining compliance with Risk and AML frameworks.
Experience
- Hold a degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in structuring corporate loans, such as working capital loans and real estate financing;
- Well-versed in various corporate products, including bank guarantees and deposit services;
- Fluent in both Maltese and English, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
