- Track and monitor daily costs for raw materials, packaging, and production processes;
- Analyse sales trends to support forecasting, planning, and strategic business decisions;
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions;
- Review production variances, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements to strengthen cost control;
- Prepare and present clear cost analysis reports for management review;
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate and consistent costing;
- Support production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimise operational efficiency.
Experience
- Prior experience in cost accounting, finance, or administrative roles, ideally within the food or dairy sector;
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Personal Skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Capable of working independently and managing deadlines effectively;
- Strong communication skills and able to collaborate well within a team environment.
