Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Track and monitor daily costs for raw materials, packaging, and production processes;
  • Analyse sales trends to support forecasting, planning, and strategic business decisions;
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions;
  • Review production variances, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements to strengthen cost control;
  • Prepare and present clear cost analysis reports for management review;
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to maintain accurate and consistent costing;
  • Support production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management to optimise operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Prior experience in cost accounting, finance, or administrative roles, ideally within the food or dairy sector;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Capable of working independently and managing deadlines effectively;
  • Strong communication skills and able to collaborate well within a team environment.
