- Strategically plan and execute SEO initiatives aimed at enhancing search engine visibility and driving consistent organic traffic across company websites;
- Perform ongoing audits of on-page SEO components, refine content, and manage link-building strategies to align with best practices;
- Analyze comprehensive marketing data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for optimisation;
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes and efficiency;
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on expanding reach and maximizing return on investment (ROI);
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust campaign settings based on data insights to improve effectiveness;
- Manage Google Analytics tools to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness and monitor KPIs;
- Produce detailed performance reports highlighting website traffic, user engagement, and campaign success;
- Explore and assess emerging digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, paid search, and content marketing, to strengthen lead generation and brand positioning;
- Continuously refine digital campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and boost conversion rates;
- Oversee the day-to-day performance and maintenance of the Company's websites to ensure optimal functionality;
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement updates, resolve issues, and improve user experience;
- Assist in curating and updating digital content, including maintaining the e-catalogue and incorporating new product launches;
- Work closely with the Creative Department to ensure visual and brand consistency across all online platforms;
- Conduct detailed research on industry trends, product developments, and global market forecasts within the beauty packaging sector;
- Use insights to identify innovation opportunities and recommend strategies for brand growth and differentiation;
- Provide logistical and marketing support for exhibitions and trade events, coordinating preparation and on-site execution;
- Ensure cohesive branding and timely delivery of promotional materials in collaboration with internal and external teams;
- Partner with Creative and Marketing colleagues to align all marketing communications with brand identity and strategic objectives;
- Offer cross-functional support to facilitate the successful delivery of marketing initiatives and ensure seamless workflow within the team.
Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or related B2B/B2C industries;
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website administration, with a proven track record in planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies;
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and support marketing automation.
