Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing clients with legal guidance and support across a range of matters;
- Conducting legal research and preparing written submissions, reports, and court-related documentation;
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, internal policies, and procedural frameworks;
- Assisting with job evaluation exercises and ensuring compliance with equal pay requirements;
- Attending court and industrial tribunal hearings, offering guidance on disputes and litigation strategies;
- Contributing to the overall work of the legal team, collaborating with partners and colleagues on cross-practice projects.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience, either within a law firm or as in-house counsel;
- Solid hands-on experience in industrial relations and employment law;
- A Master’s degree in law, or a strong grounding in related areas such as employment law, discrimination, health and safety, or data protection, will be considered an asset.

- Strong analytical skills paired with a high standard of legal drafting;
- Excellent communication abilities and confidence in handling client relationships;
- Genuine interest in ongoing legal developments, with the ambition to build your professional profile and contribute to the firm’s growth in this practice area;
