- Organise and maintain office files, documents, databases, and confidential records, ensuring adherence to procedures;
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs with professional communication;
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items clearly and promptly;
- Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and provide timely responses to requests;
- Oversee scheduling, manage diaries, arrange appointments, and provide reminders accurately;
- Coordinate travel logistics with attention to detail and effective communication;
- Address executive inquiries and requests professionally and concisely;
- Collaborate on improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency;
- Perform front desk duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations;
- Manage compliance-related administrative tasks, including ISO standards, certifications, audits, and ESG principles;
- Oversee policies and processes related to insurance claims, renewals, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness;
- Ensure records and documentation are up-to-date and meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Experience
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position;
- Proven experience supporting managers or executives with a variety of tasks and responsibilities;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
