Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organise and maintain office files, documents, databases, and confidential records, ensuring adherence to procedures;
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs with professional communication;
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items clearly and promptly;
  • Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks and provide timely responses to requests;
  • Oversee scheduling, manage diaries, arrange appointments, and provide reminders accurately;
  • Coordinate travel logistics with attention to detail and effective communication;
  • Address executive inquiries and requests professionally and concisely;
  • Collaborate on improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency;
  • Perform front desk duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations;
  • Manage compliance-related administrative tasks, including ISO standards, certifications, audits, and ESG principles;
  • Oversee policies and processes related to insurance claims, renewals, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Ensure records and documentation are up-to-date and meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Experience

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position;
  • Proven experience supporting managers or executives with a variety of tasks and responsibilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively;
