Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Accurately maintain and update general ledger entries;
- Post journal entries in the accounting system;
- Reconcile bank statements against company records and resolve any discrepancies;
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and reporting documentation;
- Issue and track customer invoices;
- Monitor incoming payments and maintain up-to-date records;
- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections;
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support management reporting and decision-making;
- Adhere to internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting;
- Assist with internal and external audit activities, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance;
- Provide support to internal committees or project teams aimed at operational oversight and process improvements.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA);
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management practices.

- Proficient in accounting software with strong administrative skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
