Company Introduction

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide legal advice to clients across the full range of businesses regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, including crypto, asset management, payment services, electronic money, banking, insurance, and pensions;
• Assist clients with licensing processes and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations;
• Support clients in mergers and acquisitions involving regulated entities;
• Advise on stock exchange listings and other capital markets matters;
• Represent clients in proceedings before the Arbiter for Financial Services.

Experience

• Hold a warrant to practice as an Advocate, with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience;
• A master’s degree (LLM or equivalent) in a relevant field is an advantage.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure with a results-oriented approach;
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
