Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee furniture installation projects from start to finish;
  • Schedule and manage installation teams, ensuring proper staffing and efficient workflows;
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure quality standards, safety, and timelines are met;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding installation progress and updates;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, site reports, and technical specifications.

Experience

  • Prior experience coordinating installation or construction projects;
  • Experience managing and supervising teams on-site;
  • Familiarity with furniture, interior installations, or construction practices.

Personal Skills

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure;
