Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures;
- Support recruitment activities, including vacancy advertising, candidate coordination, screening, and interview scheduling;
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes;
- Assist with the organisation and administration of training and employee development initiatives;
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, leave, attendance, and other HR-related metrics;
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and company events;
- Attend disciplinary meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation;
- Assist with the review, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures;
- Conduct employee one-to-one meetings and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management;
- Support compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience within Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems;
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
