Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures;
  • Support recruitment activities, including vacancy advertising, candidate coordination, screening, and interview scheduling;
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes;
  • Assist with the organisation and administration of training and employee development initiatives;
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, leave, attendance, and other HR-related metrics;
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and company events;
  • Attend disciplinary meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation;
  • Assist with the review, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures;
  • Conduct employee one-to-one meetings and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management;
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience within Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
