With a desire to expand on her life experiences and a curiosity to learn from different cultures, Luna moved from Spain to Malta in 2022, right after graduating from high school, with the intention of pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology (HONS) at the University of Malta.
From a young age, Luna has always been inclined towards a career that allows her to connect with people. As a psychology student, she thrives on human interaction and the understanding of social bonding. She brings her warm, extroverted personality into her work attitude, as she believes in treating people with kindness and empathy – for her, it is very important to make people feel seen and understood.

With a whole career in front of her, Luna showed interest in expanding her experience within the field of occupational psychology. She is passionate about workplace wellbeing and ensuring the thriving of individuals in it. She places great importance on collaboration and a healthy work environment based on respect, communication, and assertiveness. Luna joined the Broadwing Recruitment team with the goal of helping individuals find a job position suited to them and in which they can thrive.
Coming from a multicultural background, Luna approaches all aspects of her life with curiosity and open-mindedness. She is always excited to learn and acquire new knowledge and experiences, and is not afraid to fail during such processes, as long as it involves having tried and an opportunity for growth.
