Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily HR operations such as payroll, attendance, leave administration, and regulatory compliance;
  • Partner with managers and employees to maintain a supportive and engaging workplace environment;
  • Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and guide managers in strengthening team performance;
  • Contribute to workforce planning, performance reviews, and initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in a comparable HR role;
  • HR certification and completion of an Employment Law course;
  • Solid knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and hospitality operations;
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is advantageous.

Personal Skills

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
