Our Client is a leading digital agency based in Malta.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with clients to understand their marketing objectives;
- Coordinate with design and creative team to ensure successful execution of client projects by scheduling tasks in project management tools;
- Manage the day-to-day project delivery process and ensure all deadlines are met;
- Communicate with clients to keep them updated on project status and address any questions or concerns they may have;
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients and suppliers;
- Request quotes for printing of stationery, merchandise, and other brand materials;
- Coordinate advertising options and budgets with clients and suppliers, and handle booking of advertising spaces;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities for clients;
- Help with content creation and copywriting as needed;
- Generate a variety of content ideas and create videos based on established themes and series;
- Liaise with clients to create a content plan including mood board, storyboarding and script;
- Manage social media channels for clients, including posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting on analytics;
- Develop and present marketing proposals and recommendations to clients;
- Enhance the visual appeal of media materials, ensuring they are captivating and effective.
Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency setting, is considered an advantage;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is beneficial;
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS is an asset;
- Experience in video content creation (filming, editing, post-production) is considered a plus.

- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects concurrently;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams;
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
