Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Support both borrowers and lenders in structuring and executing asset finance transactions;
• Manage aviation finance matters, including aircraft registrations, mortgages, and related documentation;
• Provide legal advice to clients in the fintech sector, including crypto asset service providers and stablecoin issuers.

Experience

• Hold a warrant to practice as an Advocate;
• Have a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.

Personal Skills

• Able to perform effectively under pressure with a strong results-oriented approach;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute within a team environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
