Our client operates within the construction, manufacturing, and building materials sector.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on automatic doors, gate automation systems, barriers, access control systems, and related equipment;
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults;
- Attend client sites across Malta to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting activities;
- Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and related records accurately and in a timely manner;
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning works when required;
- Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out safely, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures;
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition;
- Assist with additional technical duties as required.
Experience
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical, maintenance, automation, or a similar technical field;
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical faults and maintenance issues;
- An Electrical Licence A is required;
- Hold a valid driving licence;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Previous experience working with automation systems will be considered an asset.
