Our Client is a leading digital agency based in Malta.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop plans to achieve them;
  • Coordinate with our design and creative team to ensure successful execution of client projects by scheduling tasks in project management tools;
  • Manage the day-to-day project delivery process and ensure all deadlines are met;
  • Communicate with clients to keep them updated on project status and address any questions or concerns they may have;
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients and suppliers;
  • Request quotes for printing of stationery, merchandise, and other brand materials;
  • Coordinate advertising options and budgets with clients and suppliers, and handle booking of advertising spaces;
  • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities for clients;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Help with content creation and copywriting as needed;
  • Create a proactive content strategy for an engaging and monetized yearly calendar of events;
  • Generate a variety of content ideas and create videos based on established themes and series;
  • Liaise with clients to create a content plan including mood board, storyboarding and script;
  • Video production directed around specific monthly events;
  • Manage social media channels for clients, including posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting on analytics;
  • Develop and present marketing proposals and recommendations to clients;
  • Work with clients to develop business growth strategies and identify new revenue opportunities;
  • Provide a variety of high-quality video services aimed at promoting products and services through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns;
  • Enhance the visual appeal of media materials, ensuring they are captivating and effective;
  • Coordinate stands, exhibitions, and workshops for the organisation and its’ clients.

Experience

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency environment;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing;
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus;
  • Familiarity with WordPress Content Management System (CMS) is an asset;
  • Experience in video content creation, including filming, editing, and post-production;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an advantage.

  • Have excellent verbal and written English;
  • Be highly organized and proactive;
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects concurrently;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
