Our Client is a leading digital agency based in Malta.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop plans to achieve them;
- Coordinate with our design and creative team to ensure successful execution of client projects by scheduling tasks in project management tools;
- Manage the day-to-day project delivery process and ensure all deadlines are met;
- Communicate with clients to keep them updated on project status and address any questions or concerns they may have;
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients and suppliers;
- Request quotes for printing of stationery, merchandise, and other brand materials;
- Coordinate advertising options and budgets with clients and suppliers, and handle booking of advertising spaces;
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new marketing opportunities for clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new marketing strategies and tactics;
- Help with content creation and copywriting as needed;
- Create a proactive content strategy for an engaging and monetized yearly calendar of events;
- Generate a variety of content ideas and create videos based on established themes and series;
- Liaise with clients to create a content plan including mood board, storyboarding and script;
- Video production directed around specific monthly events;
- Manage social media channels for clients, including posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting on analytics;
- Develop and present marketing proposals and recommendations to clients;
- Work with clients to develop business growth strategies and identify new revenue opportunities;
- Provide a variety of high-quality video services aimed at promoting products and services through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns;
- Enhance the visual appeal of media materials, ensuring they are captivating and effective;
- Coordinate stands, exhibitions, and workshops for the organisation and its’ clients.
Experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency environment;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing;
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus;
- Familiarity with WordPress Content Management System (CMS) is an asset;
- Experience in video content creation, including filming, editing, and post-production;
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an advantage.
