Our client is a boutique international tax and law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and client acquisition;
- Manage and strengthen the firm’s digital presence across all channels, including social media, website content, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms;
- Develop high-quality marketing content for digital campaigns, newsletters, articles, press releases, and client-facing communications;
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising initiatives across relevant digital channels;
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners for design, public relations, and other marketing-related services as required;
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and effective marketing practices;
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes;
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging;
- Maintain and organise the firm’s contact and client databases, including business cards, Outlook contacts, and related records;
- Research and identify relevant industry conferences, networking events, and business forums at both local and international levels to enhance the firm’s profile;
- Support pre-event planning by conducting background research, identifying key networking opportunities, and coordinating meeting schedules for firm representatives;
- Assist with post-event follow-up activities to ensure contacts established during conferences and business trips are effectively maintained and developed;
- Liaise with recognised legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers, supporting efforts to secure and maintain the firm’s inclusion in industry rankings.
Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment such as law, finance, or consulting;
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering effective digital and social media marketing campaigns;
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social media channels, and email marketing systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an asset;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
- Self-driven and proactive, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
