Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns and brand activations;
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice, guidelines, and overall messaging;
  • Take ownership of assigned brands, coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistency across online and offline channels;
  • Manage and update company websites and digital platforms;
  • Plan, execute, analyse, and report on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content;
  • Capture and create engaging daily content for digital channels, including social media platforms;
  • Design visual content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and client relationships;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for brand sales efforts;
  • Analyse market trends and performance data to recommend strategies that improve market share and optimise pricing;
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to support consistent revenue growth;
  • Maintain communication and follow up with travel planners, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Ensure all marketing and sales materials are maintained and up to standard;
  • Collaborate with senior management on prospecting activities and client acquisition strategies;
  • Ensure all contractual deliverables are met by both internal teams and external partners;
  • Attend events, functions, and client activities to support operations, enhance guest experience, and generate future business opportunities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior Sales and Marketing role within a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices;
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, and similar platforms;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems;
  • Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar;
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written communication skills in Maltese and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
